Roland Fargo
Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Roland Fargo leads the hospital’s growth initiatives, including strategic service line development, physician recruitment and marketing and communication. Also, he oversees orthopedic and rehabilitation services, and provides executive leadership for the hospital’s Growth and Customer Loyalty Councils.

For more than six years Fargo has made WMMC his professional home. In his previous role as a service line director, Fargo led the hospital through an unprecedented growth in orthopedic services. He expanded the staff of orthopedic specialists from three to 16 surgeons and increased volume from 600 to 1,800 cases per year. Additionally, he established a full-service, accredited vascular lab and built a peripheral vascular intervention program. Lastly, Fargo has provided operational leadership of occupational medicine as well.

Before coming to WMMC, Fargo practiced physical therapy in the Inland Empire. He graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1995. Six years later, he completed his Masters of Business Administration at California State University in San Bernardino. In his free time, Fargo enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and his one-year-old son, Zachary.
