As our bodies age, we become more aware of the increased care they require. At White Memorial Medical Center, we pride ourselves in the various programs we have established to meet the health care needs of the seniors in our community.

Here are some of the senior services that White Memorial offers:

Wellness Screenings and Classes

To help seniors stay well and fit, we partner with various medical groups to provide a variety of free health screenings and evaluations, including cholesterol, glucose, lipid panel, glaucoma, foot screenings for diabetics, physical examinations, oral and skin cancer, etc. View our full list of health classes and screenings.

Physician Referral Services

Seniors can use our Find a Doctor search tool to find a White Memorial doctor close to home or on our campus. Our bilingual Customer Care Representatives help seniors access hundreds of White Memorial doctors as well. They are able to help answer many questions that seniors may have about the hospital and can direct seniors to Patient Financial Services for questions about health plan authorization processes to ensure they obtain their rightful coverage.

Parking Discount Card

As a benefit to our senior patients, we provide a 50% Discount Card valid at any of our public parking lots on the White Memorial campus. Seniors can obtain this free card from the concierge at the front desk of the Medical Plaza II lobby. Seniors need to be 65 years or older, show a valid form of ID and be present at the time of the request. The Discount Card is valid for one year, and is renewable.
