White Memorial Medical Center was founded on a dream — to be the healing hands of Jesus. Over the years, it has grown from a small clinic to a large community hospital, but the mission has remained the same. The dream has become reality, and it has become even more diverse and far-reaching. It is this mission that makes us unique. It's what makes us stand out from the rest.

White Memorial is a place where the staff is encouraged to share their spirituality for the good of others. We don't all have to hold to the same beliefs or practices. In fact, this diversity is what adds to our uniqueness. It allows us to see God from different perspectives — and thus see Him in a larger, more significant way.

As we realize that we are all linked together in this one great endeavor of healing, religious barriers are broken down and true spirituality shines through. This is the common ground that all of us share as spiritual beings.
