I directed various research projects in Maternal and Child Health and I believe by empowering our children and mothers in society, we are working towards having a glorious universe. |

Learning Spanish! I studied the language for many years but in the past struggled to use it. After living in Mexico for four years, I have finally become comfortable and more confident with the language. |

Also, during my first year, I was a co-organizer of our medical class summer medical service trip to Cusco, Peru. our service projects ranged from volunteering at the public hospital, to volunteering at a burn center, to organizing a personal hygiene workshop at an underserved elementary school. |
