Recognized by the American Diabetes Association site The East Los Angeles Center for Diabetes offers a comprehensive “Program of Excellence” which is composed of all areas of professional practice.
As a participant in the program, you will have the opportunity to meet individually with our staff of certified diabetes educators who work closely with your physician to help you obtain the best possible results in your diabetes care. You will also have the opportunity to attend and participate in a series of interactive courses designed towards helping you learn about diabetes and make lifestyle changing decisions. You will also have access to support groups and a team of professionals who will help you stay on track in taking care of your health.
