Wmmc Continues Support Of Oscar De La Hoya

In keeping with the hospital’s support of Oscar De La Hoya and his charity contributions in the community, White Memorial provided solid support during the boxer’s recent bout in Los Angeles. Miguel Martinez, MD has helped facilitate the ongoing successful relationship between the hospital and De La Hoya. WMMC made its patient transportation vans (with De La Hoya’s image and the hospital name on them) visible at the pre-fight press conference and the official weigh-in, which were also attended by a few hospital staff. The evening of the fight, WMMC offered the vans to transport news media and VIPs from downtown to the Home Depot Center in Carson.
