White Memorial offers free and low-cost classes, including Lamaze, in English and Spanish:

Lamaze: English and Spanish
Learn everything you need to know about labor, birth and your hospital stay.
$65 per couple / $30 for teen class

One-Day Lamaze
For couples who are registering late or who are just too busy to attend class once a week.
$65 per couple

Breastfeeding Class
Breastfeeding is the best feeding for your baby! Learn how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk, and more.

Infant CPR & Safety
Learn life-saving techniques and tips on how to make your car and home a safer place for your new baby.
$10 per person or $15 per couple

"I'm a Big Brother/Sister Now" Sibling Preparation Class
Prepares the big brother or sister-to-be for the arrival of your new baby. Includes tour.

"Nu-Parent" Parenting Class
Parenting and interactive play skills taught to adult parents of infants 0-6 months. Baby attends class too! Call 1-800-520-2453 for more information.

Wee Care Baby Care
Be confident in caring for your baby! Learn how to bathe, take temperature, when to call the doctor and more.

When you attend Lamaze class, you also receive on how to prepare for the birth of your baby, and samples to help you care for yourself and your infant once he or she arrives.
