Ethics and Compliance

We have a comprehensive set of systems to ensure that we operate ethically and in compliance with all requirements, including:

  • A code of ethics that all employees review and acknowledge by signing at the time they are hired or appointed. Board members sign a conflict of interest statement.

  • Avenues for employees to discuss compliance issues and report concerns to our compliance and ethics officer, including a toll-free complaint hotline that is monitored by our corporate office.

  • Yearly internal and external third-party financial audits.
