I will be honest in all things.
Honesty and integrity define a person’s and an organization’s character. Being honest requires doing the right thing — regardless of the monetary or business impact of the decision.
Being honest means you communicate openly with patients and families about their medical care — even when things don’t go right. It means your billing practices are fair and honest. It means your advertising is truthful and doesn’t overstate your capabilities. It means you create a safe environment in which employees can voice their concerns.
When you’re honest, all of your other values naturally fall into place, and you in turn earn the trust of your patients, your community and everyone you serve. Your integrity is the most important value you can have, and it’s what sets our hospital apart.
